Hasselblad 500C

The Solway Firth and Buttermere shot with a 1968 Hasselblad 500C and Distagon C T* 4/50.

Will continue photographing the Solway Firth with this camera followed by trips to Duncansby Head and Assynt in Scotland to photograph sea stacks. Planning to produce a series of 8 x 8 inch platinum/palladium prints from the results.

    • Thank you!

I’ll be spending 3 weeks in Scotland photographing sea stacks. The Solway Firth is close to home so I’m there regularly; hoping to post more images soon.

    • Thanks for commenting, Estelle. Yes, I’ll be visiting the Old Man of Stoer and the lighthouse nearby later this year.

Last time I tried to photograph sea stacks (Isle of Skye) it was so windy I could barely stand up. Hoping for calmer weather this time round!
